Relationship Therapy

It can be incredibly distressing and isolating when we are in conflict with our loved ones. Sometimes it can feel like we are speaking different languages. We desperately want to understand each other but we can’t seem to get past certain issues. I can help you work together to step outside of your conflicts and see where things are getting lost.

It’s not easy to speak to someone else about our relationships, but I work with you to create an open environment where you can relearn the things you love about each other. Online relationship therapy allows you to slow down these conflicts, and really hear each other.

I work with romantic partners who want to work on their relationship, or are in the process of de-escalating, as well as friends and housemates who are struggling to communicate. I provide space for all types of relationships, with particular care for LGBTQ+ and non-monogamous partners.
